      Hi, This distiguished Gentleman is Keith Payne VC (Australian Army), and pic shows Him donating his Medals to Australian War Memorial. He won the VC in Vietnam in 1969 (was awarded Medal onboard Royal Yacht Britannia by the Queen in 1970), but if you look him up on Wikipedia, you will see that he had an outstanding career in other theatres as well.
