    1. Alex, your time was not wasted. I under estimated the time and effort to complete the project. I do appreciate your help with it.
    2. The fund of the reprint is not the issue. It is the time and effort required to do it and the return on investment of that time. I am not necessarily referring to the financial return. As some of you may know I am in the process of writing my second book and as you can imagine it requires a great amount of time. This project is more important to me then the reprint. When I first thought of doing the reprint I thought it would be a short term project, but it is not.
    3. While I did secure permission from the O'Connor family to reprint the book the main issue is with the time involved to complete. For the book to not look like a cheap reprint all pictures must be scanned, the text must be retyped and the layout must be done again. If I knew could could sell 300 copies I would probable do it, but I don't think that is the case.
    4. Are either of these caps for a WWI Soviet Army Artillery Sergeant? The pics are the only once I have. Thanks.
    5. Does anyone in the US have a 25 years of victory in GPW medal they would like to sell? I see them selling for $5 - $10 on ebay, but I would rather buy it from some here. If so, please PM me. Thanks.
    6. Check out the U.S. Militaria Forum at http://www.usmilitariaforum.com/forums/. There are plenty of pics there.
    7. You said the bar came in, do you have a shop? Will it be for sale?
    8. I know a few ladies that wear black leather and carry a whip who would love those hand cuffs.
    9. Wonderful work. It is amazing what you can do with Photoshop.
    10. That is an interesting and beautiful bar. One question: Friedrich Seeßelberg was also awarded the HOH3x and SA3 and they are not on the bar. How could that be?
    11. As you may know I am help sell Rick's Soviet collection. Please take a look at the below post as I need some help in determining the value of the 1959 vokhr cap. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
    12. I am helping sell the Soviet uniform collection of Rick Lundstrom. He had about 25 uniforms of different period and branch of service and about 25 visor caps for officers and enlisted men. I have some receipts for when he purchased these so I have an idea of what he paid. I would like some suggestions on the best manner in which to sell these. Any help is appreciated. Also if there is a uniform that is in the collection that you know of and would like to make an offer on it please let me know. Thanks, Paul
    13. I don't think there is enough on the bar to make an ID. As Rick used to say "it is a little thin."
    14. Dave di have some fake bars. Maybe this is one of them. I can find no reason why a crown would be on a China ribbon.
