  6. This photo came with a group of WWI German postcards. Any ideas as to who they are? One has upside down horse shoes one each sleeve. Sorry the photo is a bit small, seems I can't post larger ones as before for some reason. Thanks for the help. Mike

  12. While I know this is not a document, I did not see a general paper thread for WWII German items. Was wondering if anyone knew what this was for--a stock or bond by chance? Thanks in advance, Mike

  15. The documents are on the second page. I have four medal documents given to the same soldier and they are in numerial order. In talking with others, most likely these medals were private purchase items and not awarded. That could explain why he had all four medals and documents. Rick Reseach might have more on this. They are one of the nicest looking veteran medals and the award doc's are not far behind them. Mike
