After more than 20 years i nearly lost the hope to see the bar Again .

Thanks Heiko,
That all seems very plausible. If you look on the mounting style and the bavarian ribbon folding. It is realy matching.
Ok for 100% you will never know - but for me i. Looks like a 95%

Good question - it would be great when both bars belong to the Same man.

After more than 20 years i got the medal bar back that belongs to my great great grandfather!
My uncle sold it after my grandpa dies in 1995 - and a few days ago i found it on german ebay. it was overpriced but i didnt care about it.
The damage is unique - and the two holes on the top of the bar are the most obvius proof that the bar is hims.
Greetings
Stefan

Ah so it was you who beat me to it Stefan!
Nice bar, I've got it's big brother.
As you can see the only difference is that this guy has added his 25 year service medal onto the end of his bar!
This bar belonged to Peter Puff, a Vizefeldwebel in the Schutztruppe in German South West Africa.
He must have been held prisoner for the duration as his MVK certificate is dated the 19th of January 1920.
All the best Pete.
Oh i didnt know that!
Very nice Bar!
When i ever will give away the bar - you will be the first contact!
Greetings

Thanks, after looking for a while online this is the most plausible!
First i were a little confused about the service ribbons - i thought those both service ribbons had a rad or Police device.
totaly forgot that the lower Grades of those dont have a device

Thank you Michael,
Did you know the time period of those medals?

I just found that the company had a contract with the wehrmacht. But thats all for now.
I found several photos of Wehrmachts officers and nco´s with similar / same rubberized coats

Thank you.
Maybe its from a driver - not a kradmelder - with the kammerstempel it must be an wehrmacht coat.
Or are privately bought pieces stamped similar?

Could it be a italien valor medal?

Thanks Larry,
But i wonder because the ribbon has no eagle -not Even a hole for the missing device.
