    1. Michel, I believe your's is an unmarked Deumer as well. If you compare it with my marked badge, you'll notice the simularities in the cut-out section around the head on the peak-side. KR Peter
    2. Gentlemen, beautiful badges . Here are two more miniatures, one with darkened wawes (I suppose this is a deadringer to your's Gordon) and one with silvered wawes, both 16mm. KR Peter
    3. Here's my 3rd class with short ribbon. This is also marked with what at first appears to be a letter m. It's actually a Japanese sign. KR Peter
    4. Another endless tinnie-thread Ralph . Why not, this is eye-candy. Here are two odd pieces. The first is a struck, vaulted thingy with a nail attached in 90 degrees. It's marked on the reverse BERA?N (the N is mirrored) D?BRE(similar N)IEIU2. Perhaps it's been attached to a thick walking stick? The 2nd one must be a conversion of some kind. The 4 pins on the anchor has been removed and a needle-hinge has been attached to two plates, formed to fit the anchor. Any ideas on this one? KR Peter
    5. Greetings Rick I have an article with seven different types of OK1, three flat and four scooped out reverses. The one posted by Don ought to be the one titled St?ck D with the following measures: Slightly vaulted, magnetic cross and pin. Hight: 45,2mm Width: 45,6mm Diameter medallion: 20,75mm Weight: 25,7g The one posted by you was tougher to find a perfect match to, but the closest was St?ck A. Also slightly vaulted and magnetic. The needle is in buntmetall though. Height: 45,5mm Width: 45,65mm Diameter medallion: 21,3mm Weight: 26,6g The one posted by me is similar to Don's, although I think the needle isn't quite the same. I'd like to hear your opinion on this one, hence I believe it could very possibly be a cast piece. KR Peter

    7. Gentlemen, Thanks to Gerd I've now found this interesting forum. Some names I recognize and I'm looking forward to having an opportunity to meet some new friends As for the mini-badge, I've only seen it with Brehmer mm and I suppose they were the only manufacturer. If this is a false assumption, please correct me. I would like to add an obsevation I've made between the two sizes and it's illustrated below. It's all about the angles of the slash and the ones. These differences have been consistant on all badges I've seen illustrated. KR Peter
