Looks like a headress badge of Infantry WW1 period . in Italian a Fregio de Fanteria per capello , crossed rifles topped by a Crown in the centre circle must be a Number but i see some sort of Initials . the colour of the centre circle , orange says Brigata Livorno that is Infantry Regiments Number 33 and 34 but it was not common that the centre circle was in the colour of the Brigade . perhaps someone could say more
