Usually photos of Graf zu Castell-Castell Ive seen are along side the King. Here’s a good one, Castell is the tall thin man to the left in the rear with the aiguillette.

His father may have been awarded the grand cross of the Bavarian St Michael order. I think he war awarded a few higher grade orders orders cross.

I suppose is could also be the Österreich Franz Josefsorden, Komturkreuz mit der Stern

The fellow on the right? I don’t see a resemblance to eugene in either of the two men but I’m only going by a photo of young eugene for comparison
