    1. These eagles have been heavily faked Peter, I have never owned one, I think Jos is the expert on these, and I am sure Francois will be able to help out on this one too.......

And that concludes my photographic tour of the museum the barracks are situated near the township of Seymour, and is just off the Hume highway to Sydney, turn left to the barracks, or turn right and about 4 minutes later your in the township of Seymour, of which, this is the main street, I hope that the tour was of some interest, Best wishes Bob

Situated just outside the main entrance to the museum is a 1st War mock up of a British tank, this was actually used in the TV mini-series 'The Anzacs' which starred Paul Hogan and was fairly well recieved when it was shown here quite a few years ago now, I did watch the series and enjoyed it, but would like to see it again now to see how it has stood up to the test of time, but the mock up tank looks good......
    8. Inside the souvineer shop, this is 'The General', and he seems to be very comfortable with his position of responsibility, checking that all transactions over the counter are correct......
    9. some 'period' dressing along the side of the station next to the carriage....
    10. a 'Furphy's Farm Water Cart' as used in the 1st World War, inside the carriage.....
