Hi, Igor, I'm a Italian collector & I never seen this medal before. I collect from over 20 years. Nobody catalogue have this medal.

Your item seems (but I'm not sure) italian made (has marked LB (?) & 800 for silver), the item of Haganah musum seems reissued. It has not common characteristics to the italian made medals.

I'll try to find something about it.
