    1. Hello! I am new to this website, but could not find an answer by searching the archives. I'm trying to determine whether the shabraque would have been used in Marching Order circa 1890. The National Army Museum in Chelsea provided the following: -All officers used them until 1897. -Heavy Cavalry discontinued them between 1847 and 1857 So my only remaining question is whether Light Cavalry NCO's & troopers used shabraques (or for that matter, leopard skins) at this time. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks! -Tommy Boyd
