I also believe that prior to Thies auctioning the large medal bar of Kaiser Wilhelm II, it belonged to collector George Seymour.  Mr. Seymour also owned many orders that belonged to Kaiser Wilhelm II at one point.

I believe that the upper photo is of Generalmajor Otto von Lossow.  The lower photo however is of a different Officer: Oberstleutnant Walter von Lossow (1872-1943).  The large medal bar of Walter von Lossow appeared on the market in the recent past:

The Sachsen Albert Order Grand Cross Star by "Elimeyer" listed above is most-likely a modern forgery that has been attributed to the now deceased Mr. Blass.  These forgeries have been around for a while now.  Genuine pieces are seldom encountered.  The Andreas Thies auction house sold a genuine example many years ago.  If I remember correctly, that genuine piece came from the George Seymour collection.

All items such as the Albert Order Knight's Cross 1st Class with Crown shown listed above that are being sold on Ebay.de by the seller from Belgium are forgeries.  The details look quite convincing, but they are all modern forgeries.  There are other Ebay.de sellers with various user names selling the same pieces.  Beware!

This is not a mere MMJO RK (Knight's Cross).  This is a MMJO KK (Komturkreuz/Commander's Cross).  It has the number "1" engraved in the ribbon ring.  It is a very rare piece.  Now that you have shown this piece, this one is my favorite!

As Vince stated, these have been counterfeited often over the years.  The piece that you are showing looks to be such a counterfeit from what I can see.  In my opinion, it would be best to stay away from this piece.  An original piece as part of a group and/or with documents is the way to go with this type of item.  It may take a while to find one though!

Unfortunately, the medals listed are very common, so there is no way to determine who the owner of the medal bar was, unless the medals are acquired with the issuing documents, named photos of the recipient, Military Pass, etc.

My Willi Geile listing shows an award of a HHO RK mit Schwertern to "Behrens Lt. d.R." on June 15, 1918.  I therefore think that this grouping could be correct.  He may have been an NCO who received a field-grade promotion to a Leutnant toward the end of the War.

Congratulations regarding this fantastic miniature grouping.  The chain and the gold orders appear to be made of 750 gold.  I concur with Wild Card (who is an expert regarding these matters) that the 7th award  from the left is probably from the Emirate of Bukhara. The Bukhari-yi Sharif Medal for Military Service is very similar in shape and style: Goldberg Auctions 

Sometimes seldom encountered awards were made by jewelers from pattern books and a bit of "artistic license" was utilized.  Therefore, we may never be 100% certain what this award miniature was made to represent.

Thank you for sharing this very nice field ribbon bar.  To me, it looks like the second ribbon is possibly for the Bavarian Bravery Medal. If so, he was probably an NCO during the First World War.  But some NCO's received temporary field grade promotions to Leutnant as the Bavarian Army needed Officers toward the end of the war.  There is no way to be certain however.  Congratulations on owning this item.
