Hello to everyone,
I got this bar at the SOS. I like the Oldenburg Merit Cross 2nd Class of the Oldenburg Chamber of Trade and Commerce. Just wanted to share with everyone.

Dear All,
I would like to create my own list of a "must have" books for Imperial German militaria collector (I am one). I am of course interested in awards, uniforms, documents and pictures from that period.
Do you have any suggestions?
Kind regards,
Marcin
Marcin,
I really like your idea, I am also an Imperial collector and would be interested in having a collection of must have reference books. I use one book on a regular basis.
Deutsche Orden und Ehrenzeichen 1800-1945 by Jorg Nimmergut. (In German only)
It is an excellent resource for identifying orders and medals and giving you a good idea what they cost.
Hopes this helps.

Hello to everyone,
I have a co-worker whose Grandfather served in the 750th Railroad Operating Battalion in World War II. I am looking for information on where this unit served in the European Theater of Operations. I have included a picture of the unit insignia. The co-worker has no information on what his Grandfather, so any information would be helpful.

Thank you to everyone who has commented on this bar. The information was very useful. I do not know to much about the 1914 clasp, I will defer to more knowledgeable people on the clasp. This is the first time I have seen it and picked up this bar because of it.

Bob,
Thanks for the support. The is the first time I have put a show on in October. I pretty much sold out the tables I had, so I am optimistic. We will see. Thank you for the comment.

Thank you for the nice comments on this bar. I did not know about the 1914 clasp, thank you Eric. I have included a picture of the reverse of the medal bar. Post 1934 construction.

Thank you for the nice comments. There is no paperwork with this medal. I have never seen the P.O.W. medal on a medal bar so I picked this up. I have included a picture of the reverse of the P.O.W. medal and well as the bar.

Speedytop,
I got these also, I thought they were very detailed. Realistically, I would never own most of these orders, so the next best thing is to have these chromolithographs. Nice find.....
