Any "SS" related items are hard enough to find, but a uniform to a member of the "Reichsführung SS" (RFSS) with the provenance that it has.... I hope your friend realizes what a rare find this is. It was awarded to those whose actions were deemed to be in the furtherance of the luftwaffe war effort but not directly involved in military operations. A good example would be those awarded to members of the "Werk West" team at Peenemünde who were involved in the development of the V1/V2 rockets; scientists, designers, technical support staff etc. Hanna Reitsch also received her award for her work at Peenemünde as test pilot on the Messerschmitt Me 163 program.
