    1. Well I guess so...... If not your shelf, mine for sure. Very nice!!!
    2. All 1/72 figures, and all WWII. I have some others from other eras stored in the garage, so if you are looking for something, let me know. Other eras that is......
    3. Hey Larry, You make me feel bad...... I have so much catching up to do!!! All but the top self is 1/72, and all but the top shelf is Armor. Sorry about the mess, we are re-decorating. Should be done before Christmas, and then it's back to the models.
    4. Strangely enough, I can relate to this. Steve, Any close up shots of those planes or the Red Baron hot rod back there???
    5. A nice read about York. He was truly a "country" boy. http://www.medalofhonor.com/Sgt.York.htm
    6. Dan, My Dad was in the Navy, and I believe I read somewhere that only five medals were worn by enlisted men. They could wear any five of their choice, and I believe most wore medals for valor followed by campaigns. These are the five he chose to wear, worn straight across. The next picture is of his ribbon rack per regs. Hope this helps.
    7. Cody, Glad you're here. That is really a beautiful model. The detail work is really impressive.
    8. Excellent photos guys. The variety is just great. Thanks much, and please keep them coming.
    9. Very nice work indeed!! Where in the world do you display all your models?? 1/48 is a fairly large scale for the number of projects you complete.
    10. Laurence, Now we know what you do living out in the boonies in the great white north. What a great way to model, game, and kill time, all at once. Looking good.
    11. Gentlemen, Please keep this a civil discussion. Fakes are made where ever there are fakers to make them.
    12. 1/72 is the BEST!! These look like fun. More please.....
    13. Hmmmm..... That cased 2nd class looks familiar. Very nice collection Laurence, VERY nice. PS - Hope you and the family are doing well!!!
    14. Steve, Very nice. I love armor patches, and have considered trying to find an Ike jacket similar to the one you've posted. Til then, I'll have to be happy with the patches. Here's a 740th for you....
    15. Christian, This one is a mystery. I ran it by Bob Capistrano (a real guru of DUI's) and he didn't have a clue. Sorry. If I find out anything, I'll let you know.
    16. Christian, Let me do some checking. I'll post what I find out.
    17. A "shellback" certificate from September 1944. I hope you can see this after the resizing. This one is about to get framed.
    18. Just an interesting bit of history. There are a lot of neat and "unusual" paper items floating around out there. If you would like to share any of yours here, feel free.
    19. Nice cross Jens. An Oscar?? Hmmmmmm.............. That might up my stock. What do you think Nick??
    20. Nice crosses guys!! I used to have a few of these. Where is Laurence?? These are, or used to be his thing. Again, great looking pieces. Fritz, I would love to see more close ups. You too Marcus. We don't see the RK versions very often.
    21. Sir, May I ask where you got this information. I've looked at the Congressional MoH Society and US Army Center of Military History sites and cannot find any information on the MacArthur's being awarded two medals of honor. Father and son, yes, but only one each. Jim
    22. Don, You are way too spoiled. Nice. I especially like the second with the sew on loops.
