  1. Hi all, Okay, here's my copies of the Army and Luftwaffe Para badges as well as one in cloth. And please disregard the prices... these were given to me. First the Army: [attachmentid=55658] [attachmentid=55659]
  2. Hi all, Here are my 1st and 2nd Class Olympic decorations. Just had to have these to go with my 1936 games torch holder and then I later got my 1956 reissue 1st Class. First the 1st Class: [attachmentid=55421] [attachmentid=55422]
  3. Okay, this one is just about just for laughs. I can only imagine it was made for bikers or something. It's made of solid brass! [attachmentid=55107] [attachmentid=55108] What will they think of next? Dan
  4. Always thought this was original with a variation pin... till I posted it here and discovered the truth: [attachmentid=55105] [attachmentid=55106] Dan
  5. Okay, two examples of this award: [attachmentid=55103] [attachmentid=55104] The second example lost it's pin so I didn't show it. Dan
  6. Okay, this first one... too bright and the back is a dead giveaway: [attachmentid=55109] [attachmentid=55110]
  7. A cheaper copy but goes well enough with my original cased 2nd class until a real one comes along for peanuts... yeah, I know, dream on. [attachmentid=55100] [attachmentid=55101] [attachmentid=55102] Dan
  8. Yes folks... "that" dreaded Fire Cross 1st Class copy. I can hear the moans before I even post it! [attachmentid=55097] [attachmentid=55098] [attachmentid=55099] Too small. Nuff said! Dan
  9. Inexpensive pot metal copies but nice enough for display, don't cost an arm and a leg and like how many of us will ever be able to own an original period piece? [attachmentid=55092] [attachmentid=55093]
  10. I see these pop up on Ebay and elsewhere on occassion in varying quality: [attachmentid=55089] [attachmentid=55090] [attachmentid=55091] Dan
  11. I had a nice enough copy of the Blood Order (one shown with ribbon) for about twenty years but got the case about a year ago with a second example (shown without ribbon): [attachmentid=55083] [attachmentid=55084]
  12. What I have left after selling my original 10 and 15 Year awards: [attachmentid=55079] [attachmentid=55081]
  13. [attachmentid=55076] [attachmentid=55077] [attachmentid=55078] Dan
  14. The hanger is wrong but okay for display for the most part: [attachmentid=55073] [attachmentid=55074] [attachmentid=55075] Dan
  15. A heavy piece which I believe is an earlier English made copy: [attachmentid=55071] [attachmentid=55072] Dan
  16. My two Glider badges: [attachmentid=55055] [attachmentid=55056]
  17. Here's my German Order 3rd Class. The quality on this one just doesn't compare with my 1st class. [attachmentid=55051] [attachmentid=55052] Dan
  18. Hi all, Here's my copy of the German Order 1st Class. [attachmentid=55043] [attachmentid=55044] [attachmentid=55045]
  19. 20 July 1944 Wound badge in silver. This example was made in the 1980's. It would not fool anyone, in modern times.
  20. Close Combat Clasp of the Luftwaffe. This example is the one used in Order's Decorations, Medals and Badges of the Third Reich, page 179.
  21. Badge for Shooting Down Low - Flyinf Aircraft. This example is the one used in Order's Decorations, Medals and Badges of the Third Reich, page 157.
  22. Membership Badge of the German Academy for Aeronautical Research Honorary, Ordinary and Associate Members Badge in Gold
  23. My cousin sent these to me. They are brass,(well, alloy anyway-brassy on the outside)) filthy and apparently came from a box filled with football badges, stamps, girl guides pins and other bric-a-brac. I suspect they are crap, but I know next to nothing about PRC awards. Anyone seen these before?
  24. Was there ever such a thing?? http://www.epier.com/BiddingForm.asp?1070177 or are we back in fantasy land Well he does say its a beautiful detailed copy of a . . . . . and only at 16 bucks, must be a gotta have Kev in Deva
