Bob, Hang in there!! It can take 2-3 months to get your research but it's well worth the wait.

the prices are as follows:

40$ award card

15$ per citation

20$ service record

so for a single order in total 55$ or 75$, if you get the service record too.

Don't hold your breath and expect to get it in 2-3 months. It sometimes can take over a year, it depends on just how much digging they have to do.
