The first half of the book covers all of the KVK grades, the medals themselves, variants, the cases, packets, miniatures, award documents, etc etc, then the second half covers all the KC recipients. Things had been delayed because Roger lost one of his key staff when they retired and has been trying to catch up. I vaguely remember a story about someone who got the RKKVK for repairing a number of tanks in one night, so that they could be saved from advancing troops.
