I only found the 2nd class recently and I haven't taken a picture of it yet, but when I do I will post it. Does anybody know the criteria for Yugo awards, there are plenty of photos of named awards around in print & on web sites, but I've only ever read very basic info on why they were actually awarded - what did you have to do to get an Order of Merit for example? Maybe one day we will be able to reconstruct this spot ot the history.It seems to me that it will be difficult job.I hope that the bearer of awards had benefits in Ex-Yugoslavia. And if yes then there were Lists of Persons who were awarded in order to manage the benefits. Likewise, anything that ever cost that government any money to make (or buy) -- like ODM -- had leagues of bookkeepers watching over the process and recording the expenditures.Who can access the (former) Yugoslavian archives -- assuming they still exist.
