    Heres another old picture.

This Japanese officer was meeting with My Grandmothers first husband in 1925-29 era.

They were in Harbin Manchuria at the time.

Can you tell me whats the rank of the japanese officer?

    Thanks

    George

The Chinese officer was a colonel.

This picture was taken around the time of the manchurian incident.

I was told The Chinese officer died in 1929 in an accident.

May be he was killed during this period after Chang Tso lin was killed by the Japanese?
