This is a reproduction of a not very good picture from Tieste's 2 volumes:-

"Tagungs-und Verantstaltungsabzeichen 1930-1945"

Metal and cloth manufacture, colours unknown by myself.

The metal eagle is marked on the wreath "Nurnberg 1927"

No, it is not the 1927 RPT pin. In fact, it's not even an original period pin but a post war cast reproduction based on 1931 Viennese Gauparteitag tinnie.

HERE IS A PICTURE OF THE ONE IN MY COLLECTION 

YOU CAN SEE TRACES OF A LAVENDER COLOR WHICH HAS FADED EXCEPT WHERE IT WAS BLOCKED FROM THE SUN    PULLING THE ROSETTE BACK FROM THE BADGE THERE IS AN OUTLINE IN LAVENDER OF THE BADGE

MOST OF THE SILVER COLOR IS GONE BUT YOU CAN SEE LOWLIGHTS IN THE WINGS AND AROUND THE SWASTIKA    I HAVE SEEN DIFFERENT ROSETTES BEING USED ON OTHER COLLECTOR SITES BUT IF YOU LOOK AT SOME OF THE PICTURES FROM 1927 AND THAT TIESTE PICTURE I THINK THIS MIGHT BE CONSIDERED  AN ORIGINAL
