Ben
Hi guys, had a new buckle arrive. This is a Tunnerbund buckle converted to Heer buckle, these were one of the earliest buckles to be issued to the Third Reich. They were mainly converted with Berge & Nolte buckles, also note the early Berge & Nolte maker mark. Note how they converted this one, they had cut out the "F" and then put on the new Heer roundel. This is a rare variation to an already rare variation. The normal ones had a rounded feature, I will see if I can borrow a picture for example Ben Edited December 15, 2007 by Ben
