Guest Rick Research Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 Christophe-- I think I see amendments dated 1870s, but too small and blurry to read.Is the quality any better ONE page at a time in a larger size?
Deruelle Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 Hi Rick, The problem is the size. I scan all pages at 75dpi to be sure to put here. I try to scan them at 100dpi and the size is too big for the picture. SorryChristophe

speedytop Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 Hi,it is not only the scanner, it is important to use a good image editor for the necessary compression after scanning with high resolution.Scanner: CanoScan 4400FRegardsUwe
Wild Card Posted January 27, 2008 Author Posted January 27, 2008 Gentlemen,Thank you all for your interest and responses to my question. I have the 1834 and 1861 editions of the statutes and am trying to narrow down a change in the insignia between those two years. Shortly I will be posting a thread which I think will explain the reason for the question.Again, thank you all,Wild Card
