Yes. As far as I remember, the HOH was not awarded to women.

Komtur is right, the HOH4A wasn't awarded to women. At least, I'm not aware of just one.

Sometimes the case is more interesting than the award. I think this is one of those times.

Is this a normal mecklenburg strelitz cross which was awarded to a woman (as was shown before), or is there an award just for women from this state? Either way, very nice cross and case!
