This massive clanker of silver would have done any Pirate of the Caribbean or Viking hoard proud.

Either he was a close personal friend of Ernst R?hm's or Party Comrade Dosch was the Mayor of Nassig in northwest Bavaria in 1934.

I Think it is a mayor's badge. I have seen 2 or 3 of these, all were in their case of issue and all were in silver and named on the back.
