Unknown Soviet Badge

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I received this badge as a freeby when I bought the Soviet 50 Year Commemorative Badge. Something tells me that it is an early badge(ww2 or earlier). Regardless, I love it.

Does anyone know what it could be?

Paul,

It is an Excellent Soviet Trader badge, most likely from the 1960's. The box is not original to this badge.

Thanks Marc. The badge has left an impression in the velvet, so it has been there for a very long time. Out of curiosity, what was originally in the case?

Regards

Paul

Paul,

As far as I know, a smaller, brighter red box.
