They were awarded to veterans, participans and wounded of the WW II in the year 1985.The second one is a Order of the Red Star. S/N 401.608 was awarded in 1944. Although that will only apply to the red star! If I recall correctly, EOW did not get into 1985 OGPW awards as these are all commemorative non combat awards awarded way after the war (1985 as the name implies!).Jim Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
