Second WWII German sword to ID

It looks like the owner scratched his initials into the plate on the side, but they are to poorly done to read.

The eagle on the side is an Army eagle, so I would say Wehrmacht/Heer, as to authenticity...I can't help you there any. :cheers:

I would agree that the sword is most likely Army.

Model: part of Eickhorn?s Field Marshall series, ?"Freiherr von Stein" model #1714.

An early 'dove head' example, with long blade, in very nice condition.
