Attached are a pair of yet unidentifiable tabs. From the colors, they are most likely Administrative Reserve.

Most likely some prewar branch of Admin? Or unfinished tabs?

These were never identified but most likely deal with the reserve Luftwaffe admin.

If I am not mistaken those would be tabs for a "wartime" official. So how can you have a reserve member for a position that is only around during wartime?

My thoughts exactly... This is why it cannot be a Wartime Official, IMHO. Perhaps some early equivalent or early Admin paygrade?
