As can be seen, the book has been carried alot, folded, the inner staples are rusty, its grubby

but I have to say its the first R. P. R. Livret Militar that I have seen here in Romania,

all the more interesting that its from a man who lived in a village near to Cugir,

which is home to the Romanian Kalashnikov production facility.

(Cugir is also the home town of my dear wife, Adriana )

Hallo Ricky.

My official translator is still off sick, mention of nice sweet things as a treat for taking a look are greeted with a very green face and a stern reminder that treats are on the banned list post operation for at least a month.

Will try to rope in a replacement translator as soon as possible.

P.S. Ricky, I found out that R.P.R Liveret Militars in 1951 were a different layout :speechless1:No rivets!
