Hausordens von Hohenzollern, it can be either a Ritterkreuz or Inhaberkreuz, depending on Weidling's rank when he received it. The last ribbon is certiainly of a foreign award. On the colour photo it looks green, so it can be the knight cross of the Hungarian Order of Merit or Italian Order of SS. Maurice and Lazarus.
