Soviet help needed to id badge

Hi all was just wondering if anyone may know what this cross is? any help would be great

Obviously something post-Soviet. The cross and imperial imagery make it look like contemporray Russia.

It says "Veteran of Military Operations in Caucasus". It is an unofficial cross of today's Russia. Not top quality.
