TacHel Posted March 17, 2009 Share Posted March 17, 2009 Instituted on 13 August 2004, it is awarded to soldiers of the Air Force of the Russian Federation for 20 years or more of good service subject to holding the Medal For Distinguished Military Service 1st Class and other marks ?For merits? (such as badges like ?air defense troops?). In exceptional cases, for rewarding veterans of the Air Force or Air Defense Troops that meet specified conditions like the recognition of merit to the air force and air defense forces.
