NSDAP Organisation Hitler Youth Badge?

While metal detecting in Europe, I found this badge and an identical badge like this with a swastika on it. I immediately recogonized the badge with a swastika on it as a nazi youth badge, but with a lot of research I could not identify the badge in the picture. The badge looks identical to the nazi youth badge, it has the same clasp on the back, same color red and is the same size. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

it should be better, to post both badges, that we can compare them.

It is GDR (DDR), Pionierorganisation "Ernst Thälmann" (JP = Junge Pioniere), Abzeichen "Brandschutz-Eins" (badge fire protection 1). Common, for children.
