Inf Rgt 92, Braunschweig. Too bad it has those strange red smudges all over it, though.

Here is a private photo of baby-fat young Fahnenjunker Unteroffizier Walter von Bülow in Hussar Regiment 17 before he became a Pour le Merite Flieger:
