Dieter3 Posted January 9, 2010 Share Posted January 9, 2010 Don't know much about it, but apparently an award issued by a company, Hisayakokudou (hope I got that right!) - a pharmaceutical company of some sort, so must be no accident that it is similar to a Red Cross Merit medal.
