info ww2 japanese sailor picture

hi alls

recently i purchased from usa ebay this strange japanese sailor picture where i can read on his cap tally:"DAINIPPON TEIKOKU KAIGUN",or imperial japanese navy,sailor is wearing summer season uniform,but the strange thing is this picture was made in"VILLAHERMOSA AUDIO"

what is the explanation for this spanish words....villahermosa studio

anybody can help me with this...

may be was the sailor,ship on a tour and stopped in south america or philipines where there are spanish words since those island were from spain...?

i can send this photo by email everybody can help me to recognize it,i can not post this photo because the size...
