I have this document signed by Konter Admiral Walther Koehler awarding the German War Merit Cross 2nd Class with swords to the First Officer of MS General Osorio Theodor Rose for running the blockade on the M.S.Porto Alegre dated 1941. I don't know if it is possible, but I would like to get more information on First Officer Theodor Rose. Sorry for the quality. Cheers Captain Albert :jumping:
