With an expertise by Paul McDaniel as well as an archival letter from the Defense Ministry of the GUS stating that this piece was awarded to the 98th Guard Artillery Regiment. Included is the corresponding flag banderole of ribbed silk with yellow silk tassels with a Moscow maker's tag and 1949 control stamp. Extensive documentation is included.
