I think it´s a "mix" from an original bavarian Bluse 15 (introduced in Bavaria 1916) and some additions after the war. The stamp says, it comes from the bavarian 10th Inf.Rgt., B.D.III (Bekleidungsdepot III.bayer.AK) , distribution centre 342(?).
