I am collecting 57er miniatures, and today I have read many interesting posts here. Therefore I want to show you two ribbon bars of one U-Boot vet. I wonder if there was another one at some point over the black section on the second row on the second bar... either that or he wore it only on his dress blue uniform and figured it wouldn't show on there. It is very seldom to get the name to a ribbon bar. The most seller are not interested in history they only see the money The miniature of the 7th ribbon, the German Sports Badge, is lost. It is/was not allowed to wear the full size badge on the tunic. So it was not removed from the ribbon bar by the recipient imo. The 57er U-Boot ribbon bars are not so common, and two from the same person are very hard to find.
