The brigadier general at far right is easily identified as a member of the Border Guard Service of the FSB by his cap eagle and cockade. The 2 other general officers though I am unsure, they wear the cockade of the Interior Ministry but their cap eagles are completely unknown to me! Can anybody shed some light on this? TacHel, this man from Custom Service... Actually my friend, we were both wrong about the brigadier at right... He's also from the Federal Agency for Narcotics Control (FSKN - ФСКН).
