Hello readers:

the document shown is a promotion document from Unteroffizier to Feldwebel and signed by a Hauptmann, commander of a Abteilung, component of the signals training school number three. This Luftnachrichtenschule existed throughout the war and was located in Pocking, I believe that to be in Bavaria.
