Because box where it was in consist as well UK buttons, I would like to check under this subforum as well. So lads who know their Navy well, is this old button British or not? GuyB Posted March 7, 2012 Share Posted March 7, 2012 I've had a look in Rank and Rate by E C Coleman and there's nothing similar worn by Royal Navy officers. The Japanese Imperial Navy appear to wear a button with a small Chrysanthemum over the top of the anchor so I doubt it is Japanese. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
