paja
In an article about Order of Chivalrous Sword I found information that in the beginning swords were made out of gold and silver (depending on the class). First class .585 gold, second and third class .925 silver, the rest of the order was made out of tombak. Order of Chivalrous Sword was supposed to replace Order of the Partisan Star of the previous Yugoslavia. Edited February 5, 2015 by paja

paja
PS there's a separate topic on Air Force patches where I posted some original ones: http://gmic.co.uk/index.php/topic/59744-fr-of-yugoslavia-air-force-patches/ Unfortunately many of them on the market are replicas even though offered as originals... Most of the replicas are completely made out of some rubber-like material. Original ones are combination of cloth and that rubber material or sewn (there are also sewn fakes), most (not all) of the ones I knew for sure are OK had Velcro on the back side.
