I am having a bit of trouble making out this name.

I have Hermann _____ and that he was an Ökonomierat in Sternberg. It looks like maybe "Gremsl", but that sounds odd to me.

Gremsl is german/austrian name that sounds perfect to me (and exists). In combination with Sternberg, maybe less logical? Maybe It could also be "Gremse", this is also a German name that exists.

You're right. Gemeide Schernberg in Bezirk Ebeleben, Schwarzburg-Sondershausen.

That completes all the awards of the SEK3 between 1909 and 1918, including a handful of wartime awards without swords to military personnel. Next up is the SEK4.
