The ONLY book on all norwegian decorations. Text in norwegian but short summary in english. Your medal Owain is Olav V:s Erindringsmedalje, awarded 1957-91. Produced at the royal mint. The gold (silver gilt) was awarded about 900 people and the silver medal 1300. I think the wearer of this group was working for Haile Selassie and went abroad with him when visiting Europe. The former emperor was befriended with my country Royal Family and they visited each other frequently passing awards to each others entourage.
