demir Posted March 25, 2013 Share Posted March 25, 2013 (edited) Normally one must not make any changes, as the medals of other countries. Every medal has a special ribbon. For example The Greek War Medal's ribbon has 4 red and 3 green lines. I am sharing the picture of the medal which is in my collection.
