A short bio in russian. Демидов Константин Петрович, родился 15.6.1910г. в с.Верхняя Орлянка ныне Сергиевского р-на Самарскской обл. в семье рабочего. Русский. Образование начальное. Работал в колхозе. В Красной Армии с 1941г. В боях Великой Отечественной войны с декабря 1941г. Разведчик 28-й отдельной разведывательной роты (24-я гвардии стрелковая дивизия, 2-я гвардейская армия, 1-й Прибалтийский фронт) гвардии ефрейтор Демидов отличился 5.9.1944г. у дер.Тирелки, 11 км. западнее г.Шяуляй (Литва). Увлекая за собой товарищей, первым ворвался во вражескую траншею и поразил огнем из автомата, гранатами около 10 гитлеровцев. 16.9.1944г. награжден орденом Славы 3 степени. 19.10.1944г. в 8 км. северо-западнее г.Тильзит (г.Советск Калининградской обл.) вывел из строя 12 вражеских солдат и офицеров, обеспечив продвижение стрелкового подразделения. 26.11.1944г. награжден орденом Славы 2 степени. 2-6.02.1945г. в составе той же дивизия (39-я армия, 3-й Белорусский фронт), в 18-20 км. западнее г.Кенигсберг (Калининград), уничтожил несколько вражеских солдат, пленил унтер-офицера, участвовал в захвате аэродрома. 19.4.1945г. награжден орденом Славы 1 степени. После демобилизации в 1945г. жил в дер.Деберка ныне Выгоничского р-на Брянской обл., работал в колхозе. Затем вернулся на родину, работал плотником. Награжден орденом Отечественной войны 1 степени, Красной Звезды, медалями. Умер 20.7.1979г. Похоронен в с.Черновка Сергиевского р-на. When he last offered this very same Glory 1st for sale on July 30th, 2003, his asking price was $1,995.00. At his current price, that's an annualized return of 37% per year over the last 10 years.
