It was made during WWII because the 1939 EK2 ribbon is posted. Below are the cover and first page. I have scanned the entire 6 pages and made a PDF which is 3.21MB. The scan was done at 300dpi. speedytop Posted January 23, 2014 Share Posted January 23, 2014 Hi, as I can see it, the latest award on the card is the Bavarian Order of Merit, instituted in June 1957. And we can see the early "neutral" colours for decorations without a ribbon, for "Bundeswehr" and "Bundesgrenzschutz", No. 72 (grey) and 102 (green).
