Chip Posted February 5, 2014 Share Posted February 5, 2014 Hello, Does anyone recognize this patch? It is on a field gray backing with the commander's flag and the arabic number "18" beneath. I have had it for years hoping to identify is as imperial, but some suggest to me that it is from the postwar period. Any ideas? Chip Posted June 14, 2014 Author Share Posted June 14, 2014 (edited) Chris, Sorry, I did not see your question until now. Yes, the patch is sleeve size, approximately 2 1/2"x4". The only patch I have seen that resembled this was one worn on the upper sleeve by Turkish troops, though the colors of the "flag" were just red and white.
